APPLE CHICKEN BABY FOOD RECIPE: INGREDIENTS
- 2 chicken breasts, chopped into 1″ cubes
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 2 oz of breast milk or formula
- pepper for taste, optional
APPLE CHICKEN BABY FOOD RECIPE: STEPS
- Heat the oil and brown the chicken in a saucepan
- Add apple juice, and set the heat on low, being sure not to burn the chicken
- Cover, and let simmer for approximately 12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through; you can verify this using a meat thermometer if you have any doubts.
- Add the breast milk/formula to the pan
- Add pepper, to taste
- Remove from the heat
- Puree the mixture
- Serve
